The Big I Arkansas’ eMerging Leaders program connects, develops, and empowers the next generation of independent insurance professionals. If your agency or company is a Big I Arkansas member and you meet any of the following criteria, you’re invited to get involved:
- Under 40 years of age
- In the industry fewer than five years
- A company representative who supports young agent engagement
What We Do
eMerging Leaders provides a variety of opportunities to help young professionals get involved, build relationships, and contribute to the future of the independent agency system, including:
- Networking events
- Community service initiatives
- Leadership pathways, such as committee roles, task forces, and volunteer opportunities
- Advocacy engagement, including legislative days and InsurPac initiatives
- Collaboration with carriers, partners, and industry organizations
