The Big I Arkansas’ eMerging Leaders program connects, develops, and empowers the next generation of independent insurance professionals. If your agency or company is a Big I Arkansas member and you meet any of the following criteria, you’re invited to get involved:

Under 40 years of age
In the industry fewer than five years
A company representative who supports young agent engagement

What We Do

eMerging Leaders provides a variety of opportunities to help young professionals get involved, build relationships, and contribute to the future of the independent agency system, including:

Networking events
Community service initiatives
Leadership pathways, such as committee roles, task forces, and volunteer opportunities
Advocacy engagement, including legislative days and InsurPac initiatives
Collaboration with carriers, partners, and industry organizations
